Overview

This role is perfect for someone who’s passionate about creating innovative digital products and eager to make a real impact. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you’ll play a key role in defining, developing, and launching products that meet client goals and enhance user experiences.

In this role, you’ll shape the strategic direction of our digital products, creating a roadmap that aligns with client goals and market demands. Acting as the bridge between stakeholders and teams, you’ll drive agile processes and ensure alignment across every development stage. With a focus on user needs and data-driven insights, you’ll lead efforts to enhance product impact and quality.

Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap & Strategy: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, aligning it with client objectives and market trends.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the bridge between our clients and the internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and progress across all stages of product development.
  • Agile Product Development: Lead agile processes, sprint planning, and prioritisation to ensure timely, impactful deliveries.
  • User-Centric Approach: Leverage data and analytics to understand user needs and refine the product for maximum value.
  • Performance Optimisation: Regularly assess product performance, using insights to inform improvements and drive product success.
  • Team Leadership: Collaborate with product, design, and development teams, fostering a productive environment focused on high-quality outcomes.
What you’ll bring to the team
