Qualifications

• Experience in learning technology or similar settings is essential.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and GDS guidelines is desirable.
• Background in instructional design or digital learning is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision and roadmap for LMS/LXP.
• Guide the implementation of technology solutions and integrations.
• Act as the primary liaison with stakeholders and governance boards.

Skills

Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager

Strong understanding of LMS platforms and user experience design

Familiarity with agile methodologies

Confident technical understanding including SSO and data management

Excellent communication and facilitation skills
