The Role of Client Manager
As Client Manager you will immerse yourself in your designated sectors (business and auto) and essentially work towards becoming the “eyes and ears” of your sectors. You would become the "go-to person" providing client and sector insight (which you would deem from client meetings/industry press etc).
Whilst you wouldn’t personally execute media deals with your clients, you would educate your client base around all relevant commercial opportunities and then use your insight and knowledge to empower your internal content, display and agency teams to increase revenues from your clients/sectors.
You would therefore be targeted on the revenue growth from your sectors.
Requirements for this Client Manager position
- 4+ years west-end agency side experience
- Credible presence in front of CMO level contacts at large corporations
- Experienced at deep diving into the business needs and challenges of large corporations
- Experience of dealing with Marketing Directors/CMO’s
- Ideally experience of engaging with large corporations within either the energy sector, consultancies, professional services or aerospace.
- Good business acumen
- Extremely considered and consultative in approach (but not salesy)
- Stable career history
