Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- You will be the main point of contact between the Retail team and our suppliers regarding client orders (including bespoke), repairs, valuations, and price enquiries.
- End-to-end management of Client, Wholesale & Stock repairs.
- End-to-end management of Special Orders & Bespoke items.
- Liaising with suppliers and workshops to ensure the smooth running of repairs and client orders.
- Organising workshop dispatches and collections via couriers.
- Receiving and recording inbound parcels.
- Onboarding replenishment stock and wholesale stock alongside the Product Management Coordinator.
- Supporting the Merchandising, Production, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely Assay management.
- QC and onboarding of stock & repairs.
- Assisting the Production Coordinator & Designer with gemstone inventories and sourcing of stones.
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties related to Client Services.
- Participating in projects to improve processes & procedures.
Skills + Attributes required:
- Jewellery expertise essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with delivery portals such as DHL, FedEx, etc.
- Numerical and intermediate Excel skills
- Good analytical and organisational skills
- Able to multi-task and prioritise
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Comfortable with stock and IT systems (full training provided)
Full-time role, Monday to Friday.
