The ideal candidate should have over 3 years of experience in Electronics or IT hardware product management. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and senior leadership to deliver innovative products and ensure alignment with business goals. This is a hands-on role that requires strong analytical skills and the ability to prioritize based on customer feedback.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in Electronics or IT hardware product management.
• Experience launching and managing successful physical products.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full product lifecycle: research, development, testing, launch and review.
• Define and maintain the product roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities.
• Work with R&D and engineering teams to design and improve products.
• Prioritise product features based on customer feedback and commercial value.
• Ensure products comply with relevant industry standards and certifications.
• Support sales and marketing with product positioning, training and collateral.
• Deliver product demonstrations and support key customer initiatives.
• Build relationships with distributors, integrators and key partners.
• Oversee product testing, validation, documentation and launch processes.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to optimise cost, quality and supply chain performance.
