MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Process Engineer to join a growing team in the Renewable Energy sector, working on the optimisation of Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cutting-edge business focused on process innovation, data analysis, and sustainable energy solutions.

As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Supporting plant optimisation through scientific investigation and performance studies
• Analysing complex datasets to identify trends and drive efficiency improvements
• Implementing and maintaining data management systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, biology, technology, and IT
• Presenting findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and plant performance workshops
• Providing technical guidance across the business
• Travelling out to sites as needed
• Other duties as required

To be considered for this role you should have:

• MSc (or equivalent experience) in Process/Chemical Engineering, Biology, or a related field
• Strong background in chemistry, biology, maths, or process optimisation
• Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the UK
