A leading engineering firm is looking for a Water Process Design Engineer to develop and manage design solutions for water and wastewater projects. This role demands at least 5 years of experience and a Level 8 Honours Degree in a relevant field. You'll work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team while focusing on process, mechanical, and hydraulic design. The position also offers significant professional growth opportunities and requires strong stakeholder management skills. Enjoy competitive benefits and a supportive work environment.
Murphy is recruiting a Water Process Design Engineer to support our expanding Water & Wastewater portfolio, delivering full design‑to‑operation solutions for Uisce Éireann, Northern Ireland Water and other key clients, underpinned by our commitment to delivering safely, responsibly and to the highest standards.
We are seeking a Design Lead for the Process & Hydraulic Engineering discipline for a regional role in Ireland. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through to construction, commissioning, and operations.
You will take ownership of developing robust engineering design solutions that meet client requirements and ensure successful project outcomes through to process commissioning.
Working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team, you will operate within a collaborative “one-team” culture while actively developing your own technical skills and leadership experience. This role offers exposure to a broad range of multi-disciplinary engineering challenges, providing a strong platform for professional growth and career progression. You will also have the opportunity to develop client relationships, lead design discussions, and contribute to integrated, high-quality project delivery across all stages.
