M&A Analyst
Job summary
A leading investment bank in London is seeking an M&A Analyst to take responsibility for critical phases of the M&A process. You will contribute to the origination and execution of mandates, prepare process documents, and evaluate industry analyses. The ideal candidate holds a degree in finance or accounting, has at least one year of relevant experience, and possesses excellent analytical and communication skills. - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

- In‑depth knowledge of accounting, corporate finance, and M&A transactions
- Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in another European language is an advantage
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
