What you’ll do
- Undertake a mixture of contentious and non-contentious work with a significant focus on tribunal claims, transactional support, strategic advice and employee relations advice to clients predominantly in the retail & consumer, private equity, developer and energy & infrastructure sectors
- Lead business development initiatives, strengthening existing relationships by identifying cross‑selling opportunities and converting new clients within our target sectors
- Work cross‑geographically and collaboratively, using commercial insight, sector knowledge and strong communication to deliver great outcomes for clients
What we’re looking for
- Experience in employment law gained within a leading commercial law firm
- A proven track record across general advisory, corporate support and litigation
- Ability to strengthen our approach to the retail & consumer, developer and energy & infrastructure sectors
- Deliver a solutions‑led approach, being agile and flexible to the challenge ahead of you
