Role Overview
We are recruiting a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Job Coach Social Care to lead our Digital strand of social enterprises. You will empower our service users in delivering services such as A4 printing, PAT testing, laser cutting, and digital production tasks all within a supported enterprise setting.
This is a hands-on role across three sites, combining coaching, quality assurance, stock management, and customer fulfilment. You ll model inclusive working practices and help our service users build valuable skills and confidence.
The position reports into The Head of Development.

Essential:
(We will consider applicants without experience of working with autistic adults or people with learning disabilities. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate their desire to learn, attend training and provide details about their motivation)
