About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Test Analyst to join our dynamic team, helping to enhance our database testing capabilities and establish robust automation frameworks. Working closely with our Test Lead, who has been developing test plans on Azure DevOps (ADO) and regression packs, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality software delivery as we introduce new changes to our current project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing on SQL, Cosmos DB, and GraphQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Collaborate with our Test Lead to refine test plans and regression packs within ADO.
• Spearhead the implementation of automation testing, leveraging RestSharp and C# to streamline processes.
• Identify, document, and troubleshoot defects efficiently to ensure seamless product functionality.
• Work closely with development and QA teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in SQL, Cosmos DB, and GraphQL, with experience in database testing.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks, preferably RestSharp and C#.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management and execution.
• Ability to analyse and optimize test strategies in a fast-paced agile environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience within the government sector would be ideal.

This role at Amber Labs is a 12 Month salary based FTC position, and all employees are required to be eligible for BPSS. Please be advised that, at this time, we are unable to consider candidates who require sponsorship or hold a visa of any type.
