Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Track and maintain records of SOWs, CCNs, POs, ensuring documentation is auditable.
  • Support PMO Lead in preparing status reports and dashboards.
  • Coordinate with teams to ensure timely processing and tracking of POs and invoices.
  • Assist in presentation materials for governance meetings and audits.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills
Experience in supervising and handling program documentation
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines

Experience in a PMO or project administration role
