Job summary
A social housing provider in Manchester is seeking a Neighbourhood Officer for a permanent role. Responsibilities include delivering a quality housing service to tenants, managing property re-lettings, carrying out inspections, and handling tenancy issues. A full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle are essential. This role offers a salary of £30,500 - £32,500 annually.

Responsibilities
- Delivering a first-class housing service to social housing tenants.
- Assisting with the re-letting of void properties and garages to minimise rent loss.
- Completing health and safety and estate inspections.
- Carrying out estate walkabouts.
- Working alongside safer neighbourhood teams regarding issues of ASB.
- Completing targeted tenancy visits.
- Taking legal action when required surrounding abandonment and subletting.
- Attending evictions.
- Reporting issues with damp, mould and condensation.
- Conducting viewings and sign-ups.
