Weve evolved our Housing Officer role into Customer & Neighbourhood Officer, and wed love for you to join our dedicated, highly motivated team. Our mission is simple : deliver outstanding service by utilising the skills, experience, and understanding of our residents. As a result of our growth strategy we have a number of full time roles to fill including permanent and fixed term for 12 months - the latter have the possibility of extension or permanency, but if not you will gain career enhancing skills and experience. This is a hybrid role which involves travelling in the Buckinghamshire area with 1 or 2 days in our office in High Wycombe.

37 hours standard working pattern: 9am‑5:30pm Mon‑Thurs & 9am‑5pm on Friday – with some flexibility on start and finish times.
