Carmichael UK are recruiting for Bankmans Operatives to work on a major long-term civils and infrastructure project in Plymouth, offering excellent stability and long-term career opportunities.

💷 Pay & Benefits

• Basic Rate : £16.94 per hour (PAYE)
• Overtime : Time and a half after 39 hours
• Weekend Work :
  • First 4 hours – Time and a half
  • Thereafter – Double time
• Weekly Pay:
  • Long-term work : 4 years+
  • 31 days holiday (including Bank Holidays)
  • Pension in line with standard employment
  • Paid training and upskilling opportunities
  • PPE provided

🏠 Digs / Lodge Allowance

• £51.97 per day
• Paid to individuals who qualify
• Must live 50+ miles from the site
