We’re currently recruiting reliable, experienced Traffic Marshalls to join leading construction and civil engineering contractors across Bath and surrounding areas. Work is available on a range of active sites, offering consistent hours and ongoing opportunities.

Role Overview

• Managing vehicle and pedestrian movements on site
• Ensuring site access and egress are controlled safely
• Communicating clearly with plant operators and site teams
• Maintaining safe working areas in line with site procedures
• Supporting overall site safety and logistics

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall
• Valid Traffic Marshall / Banksman ticket
• NPORS or CPCS ticket preferred
• Strong awareness of health and safety regulations
• Reliable work ethic and clear communication skills
• Valid CSCS cardOwn PPE
