This is not your typical Band 5 role – it’s a rotatIonal MSK opportunity across Bracknell, Windsor, Maidenhead, and Slough, each offering unique clinical experiences and development pathways.

• Rotational MSK experience across multiple sites – broaden your clinical exposure and accelerate your learning.
• Deliver high-quality MSK assessments and treatments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care.
• Continuously evaluating and adapting treatment plans to support patient progress.
• Contribute to positive team culture, research and patient experience initiatives.
• Participate in an across-site MSK six-month rotational scheme; this will involve working across our different MSK Physiotherapy departments within the service area.

• Encouraging team culture with dedicated support frameworks.
• Structured clinical supervision and support, including access to Clinical Specialists and Advanced Practice Physiotherapists.
• Flexible working hours (Monday–Friday, no weekends or on-call) to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
• Hybrid working options with a blend of face-to-face and virtual consultations.

• HCPC-registered (or soon-to-be) Physiotherapists
• Passion for MSK physiotherapy and a desire to grow in this specialty
• Strong foundational clinical skills to an undergraduate level
• Commitment to high-quality patient-centred care
• Willingness to contribute to positive team culture and patient experience initiatives
