Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage specialist area, including overseeing referrals and maintaining caseload.
  • Work closely with consultant paediatricians to deliver specialist care.
  • Provide supervision and mentorship to junior physiotherapy colleagues.

Skills

Proficiency in physically facilitating and handling babies and children
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of an MDT team
High level negotiation and problem solving skills
Proficient in relevant community language

Education

Recognised Physiotherapy Degree Qualification
Registered Member of Chartered Society of Physiotherapists
Evidence of relevant and regular CPD
Previous experience of working within the NHS
