A healthcare organization in Purston Jaglin is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to provide direct patient care and ensure safe medication management. The ideal candidate will administer medications, manage stock, and liaise with healthcare providers. - Existing pharmacy skills and experience required.
- Strong attention to detail in medication management.
Responsabilités
- Administer medications during morning and evening medication rounds.
- Manage and order stock of medications.
- Action patient prescription requests.
- Assist in medication review clinics.
- Liaise with providers for positive patient outcomes.
- Conduct spot-checks for patient compliance.
- Carry out medication reconciliations for new patients.
- Investigate missed medications.

As a Pharmacy Technician for HMP Oakwood, you will have direct patient contact to ensure medicines management is robustly delivered in a safe and secure environment.
- Administering medications during morning and evening meds rounds located on the residential units of the establishment.
- Stock management and ordering of medications.
- Actioning patient prescription requests.
- Assisting in medication review clinics.
- Liaising with internal and external providers for positive patient outcomes.
- Conduct spot-checks to ensure patient compliance with medications in their possession.
- Carry out medication reconciliations for all new patients to HMP Oakwood.
- Investigating any missed medications.
