• Experience of working in GP practice or NHS provider as a pharmacy technician.
• Experience with clinical computer systems such as SystemOne.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialist pharmaceutical services and professional advice to medical staff.
• Liaise with patients, staff, and multidisciplinary teams to improve pharmaceutical care.
• Assist in Structured Medication Reviews and support long-term condition reviews.
