Job summary
A leading elevators and escalators company is seeking an Escalator Service Technician in the South-West area. The successful candidate will maintain and service escalator equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and high customer service. Responsibilities include routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, and minor repairs. Applicants should have NVQ level 3 qualifications and proven servicing experience. - Proven experience in Escalator Servicing/ Maintenance/ Repairs preferred.
- Passionate about the customer and works consistently to provide a high level of service.
- Full UK driving License required.
Responsibilities
- Carry out routine servicing of escalator equipment.
- Rectify and reduce faults on escalator equipment in cases of breakdown.
- Conduct routine inspections and adjustments of escalator installations.
- Use technical manuals and equipment for diagnostics.
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
