About The Role
Join our interdisciplinary team to provide nursing and general care to residents, ensuring 24-hour health and social care in line with legislation and Salutem’s policies.
Job Scope:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver comprehensive health and social care.
- Promote independence, health, and well-being while maintaining high standards.
- Adhere to the NMC Code, maintain registration, and ensure revalidation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement Salutem's strategic direction across departments.
- Ensure customer service excellence and quality standards.

- Handle medicinal products safely.
- Contribute to policy and strategy development.
- Provide evidence-based care and safeguard vulnerable groups.

- Facilitate communication and continuity of care.
