An exciting opportunity has become available for a payroll assistant to join the payroll team within Somerset NHS Foundation Trust. Based at Wynford House in Yeovil. This is an permanent contract working 37.5 hours per week.

As a Payroll Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administration of the Payroll service within our Trust. You'll work closely with the Payroll and HR teams to ensure that all admin matters are handled efficiently and accurately.

• GCSE Grade C literacy and numeracy or able to demonstrate equivalent by experience/skills
• Payroll qualification or relevant experience

• Experience communication face to face, via email and via the telephone effectively and accurately
• Experience in an administrative environment preferably within the NHS
