This role involves managing a team to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery, leading audits, and fostering relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have extensive payroll experience, knowledge of payroll legislation, and strong leadership skills. This is a hybrid position offering £36.51 per hour on a 12-month contract with 2-3 days required on site.

Qualifications

• In-depth payroll legislation knowledge.
• Experience in data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Ability to manage performance reviews and team development.

Responsibilities

• Manage team SLA's and KPI's for Payroll delivery.
• Lead internal/external Payroll reviews/audits.
• Manage key relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
