An international engineering and construction company seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage payroll for around 10,000 staff, ensuring accurate and timely payment. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in payroll processing, compliance, and excellent communication, thriving in a collaborative team environment. This role offers a 12-month fixed-term contract, focused on delivering exceptional service and maintaining efficiency within the payroll department. Proficiency in Excel and experience with systems like iTrent and SAP are preferred.

We're looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our central Payroll team at Laing O'Rourke's Head Office in Dartford. In this key role, you'll be part of the team responsible for ensuring that around 10,000 staff and operatives are paid accurately and on time every time. You'll play a vital part in delivering an excellent payroll service, supporting colleagues and stakeholders across the business. This is a fast-paced and rewarding role, ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, takes pride in getting the details right, and enjoys being part of a collaborative, high-performing team.
