Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute monthly group payrolls using SuccessFactors accurately.
• Manage occupational and statutory leave schemes ensuring compliance.
• Meet all legislative requirements including HMRC regulations.
• Act as the escalation point for complex payroll queries.
• Support process/system improvements and testing changes.
• Assist with payroll reporting, audits and statutory submissions.
• Train and coach Payroll Technicians for team development.
• Provide cover for the Payroll Manager as required.
