• Assist with the preparation and processing of invoices.
• Maintain accurate financial records and update accounting systems.
• Support the reconciliation of accounts and bank statements.
• Handle queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance team as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Contribute to month-end and year-end financial procedures.

A successful Part-Time Accounts Assistant should have:

• A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Experience using accounting software and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

• Hourly pay rate of approximately £12.50 - £15.50.
