In the heart of Scotland, we’re set in a 900 acre estate in stunning Perthshire. A home from home, we’ve been welcoming generations of families for 150 years. We have 215 hotel bedrooms, 55 self-catering lodges, 6 restaurants and over 60 onsite activities – including a spa, leisure center, horse-riding center and our famously exciting Action Glen. There really is something for everyone!

About the role

We\u2019re looking for a friendly and engaging driver to operate our classic 1997 Belgium-made land train, transporting up to 60 passengers around the resort.

This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible, part-time work. Your schedule will run between 9:30 AM and, if you’re up for it, as late as 9:00 PM during peak season. Shifts can be as short as 4 hours a day, with full flexibility in how often you work.

You\u2019ll also have time for breaks and safety checks throughout your shift. In addition to driving, you\u2019ll be taking payments and sharing fun stories about our company and the surrounding area over the PA system.

What we’re looking for

  • No Prior Experience Required: No specific skills or experience are necessary — we’ll provide all the training you need.
  • PCV Licence: Preferably, you\u2019ll have a PCV Licence. However, if you don\u2019t, we’re happy to support you in obtaining one.
  • Willingness to Learn: Whether it’s driving, taking payments, or using the PA system, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
  • People Person: If you enjoy meeting new people and have a positive attitude, you’ll fit right in.
  • Flexible Hours: Perfect for someone who wants part-time work that fits around their lifestyle. Shifts can be as little as 4 hours a day, and you choose how many days you want to work. Evening shifts are optional, with the latest finishing time at 9:00 PM.
