A leading medical devices company in Cheltenham is looking for a Clinical Specialist to support their Sales Representative in clinical cases and training. This role involves building relationships with clients, providing training, and promoting business goals. Candidates with clinical experience in theatre, particularly in orthopaedics, and a passion for medical devices are encouraged to apply.
Formación
- Experience as an ODP or Scrub nurse in theatres, preferably orthopaedics.
- Highly motivated and driven individual.
- Some commercial experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
Responsabilidades
- Support the Sales Representative in achieving sales targets.
- Build positive relationships with clients.
- Provide training and clinical support to customers.
- Promote the business.
Conocimientos
Our client is an industry leader in total reconstruction of joints, with implants outlasting many others on the market. They are now looking to grow their team by adding a new Clinical Specialist to support the Sales Representative with all the clinical cases and training needed to support their territory. This individual will provide surgical excellence to the sales process.
- Working alongside and supporting the Sales Representative to achieve sales targets
- Building positive relationships with current and potential clients
- Providing training and clinical support to customers
- Promoting the business.
To be considered for the role, you must closely match the following criteria :
- Candidate will have clinical experience working as an ODP, Scrub nurse in theatres (preferably orthopaedics)or Physiotherapist, who has spent time in theatres.
- Passion for medical devices.
- Highly motivated and driven.
- Commercially minded, some commercial experience would be beneficial but not mandatory.
