A leading NHS trust is seeking a Junior Clinical Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics, responsible for supporting fracture clinics, assisting in trauma theatres, and covering trauma wards across Bournemouth and Poole sites. Applicants must have full GMC registration, a medical degree, and at least one year of experience in relevant medical roles. The position includes on-call responsibilities and promotes flexible working. This is a permanent position with a focus on enhancing care delivery and supporting senior staff members.

University Hospitals Dorset Foundation Trust is currently seeking to appoint a Trust Junior Clinical Fellow in Trauma and Orthopaedics.
We have one Trauma post (to include on calls) or 1 Orthogeriatric posts (to include ward cover).
Applicants are invited to apply for the post of Junior Clinical Fellow which is offered on a permanent position. The successful candidates must have full registration with the GMC, a recognised Medical degree and at least 1 year experience of house jobs in Trauma & Orthopaedics or Medicine/Medicine for the Elderly.
The applicant should be able to work flexibly and to act on own initiative and to support senior staff members.
In order to deliver this level of service applicants should have proven experience of on-calls and ward cover.

Upon relocation of the role/service, excess mileage allowance / reimbursement will not apply, and any travel between the postholder's home and work base will be classified as a commute. Any other changes unrelated to this will be handled in line with Trust/National terms and conditions.
