EL/PL Claims Legal Advisor (Hybrid)
Job summary
A leading law firm in the UK is seeking a Legal Advisor to manage incoming and outgoing calls for new claim enquiries related to EL/PL. This role involves providing initial legal advice, drafting claim notifications, and ensuring excellent client care for accident victims. The ideal candidate will thrive in a target-oriented environment and work with a task-based case management system. Flexible hybrid working options and a competitive salary of £23,000 - £25,000 per annum are offered.

- Previous experience in a legal environment is preferred.
- Capability to manage a high volume of claims effectively.
- Familiarity with Proclaim task management system is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls as the first point of contact.
- Draft initial claim notifications and provide legal advice.
- Ensure claims are progressed optimally through effective case management.
