This multi office West Midlands practice seeks a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 5 years+ PQE to join their office based just outside Birmingham city centre.

The firm are expanding and you will work as part of a busy and friendly team, managing a varied caseload including:

Contractual issues including claims made under personal guaranteesProfessional negligenceCompany and partnership disputesShareholder disputesFreezing and search ordersHigh value personal disputesInsolvency litigation

There is a varied client base including large companies, professionals and SMEs. You will be able to demonstrate excellent drafting skills, attention to detail and be looking to participate in business development and networking.
