Job Description

As a Catastrophic Injury Paralegal your duties will include:

  • Assist solicitors in preparing and managing catastrophic injury case files.
  • Draft documents and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Gather and organise evidence, medical records, and other relevant documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, experts, and third parties.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
  • Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of documents.
  • Attend meetings and court hearings to provide support as required.
  • Maintain accurate records and update case management systems.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Catastrophic Injury Paralegal should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in law or legal studies.
  • Experience working personal injury or catastrophic injury.
