Duties

As a Litigation Paralegal – Flight Delay Claims (EC261/UK261), you will support our legal team by handling a high volume of small claims relating to flight delays, cancellations and denied boarding. Your responsibilities will include preparing cases for litigation, liaising effectively with clients, airlines, and courts, and ensuring all case procedures are managed efficiently and within deadlines.

Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation or civil disputes, preferably within consumer or personal injury sectors
  • Strong understanding of the Small Claims Track and CPR protocols
  • Experience or knowledge of EC261/UK261 or air travel litigation (desirable but not essential)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent case management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
