Sellick Partnership is recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join a friendly team within a highly regarded local authority in the North West.

As a Commercial Property Lawyer, your responsibilities will include handling a range of general transactional property law matters, such as:

• Leases
• Licenses and sales and purchases of land
• Landlord and tenant matters
• Disposals and acquisitions

The initial contract is for 3-6 months, with a possibility of extension. Office attendance is required approximately once a week, with flexible working options considered for the right candidate.

Previous public sector experience is desirable, but candidates from private practice backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
