Commercial Property Solicitor (4‑5 Years' PQE)

Hybrid Working Available
You will work across a broad commercial property caseload, with a strong emphasis on landlord and tenant matters, so solid experience in this area is essential. The work is varied and will include:
There is no requirement to bring work with you, but we welcome someone who enjoys engaging with clients, being active in the local market, and contributing to light business development as part of day‑to‑day practice.
This role does not include insolvency or business recovery work, as these areas are handled by other departments.
A friendly and collaborative office of around 20 staff in an open‑plan environment with a supportive, down‑to‑earth culture. We are professional but sociable, with regular gatherings for birthdays, festive champagne days before Christmas, and an annual Christmas party.
Much of our administrative work (typing, IT, payroll) is outsourced, allowing you to focus on client matters and development.
Hybrid working available once settled in during the initial period in the office, with potential for half‑days from home.
Preference for in‑office working to maintain collaboration and department cohesion.
