Location: Thame, Oxfordshire (hybrid / remote working available)

Our client is a specialist law firm dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and client care. With their private client department expanding, they are seeking a talented and experienced Private Client Solicitor (STEP qualified) to join their growing team.

The Role

You will manage a varied caseload across the full range of private client work, including:

• Drafting and updating wills, LPAs, deputyship orders, and trusts.
• Administering estates and guiding families through the probate process.
• Advising on estate planning and inheritance tax mitigation.
• Establishing and managing trusts for asset protection and succession planning.
• Supporting elderly and vulnerable clients, including Court of Protection work.
• Building lasting client relationships and delivering clear, empathetic advice.

About You

We are looking for someone who brings:

• STEP qualification (essential).
• Qualification as a Solicitor (SQE 2 / LPC).
• Proven experience in wills, probate, trusts, and estate planning.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues simply and sensitively.
• An empathetic, client-focused approach and enthusiasm for contributing to a growing firm.
