Real Estate Associate – Social Housing Focus 1-5 PQE

Are you looking to take a more hands on approach in your career?

This is a unique opportunity to join the social housing team of a leading UK and international law firm. The successful candidate will be able to work on and potentially lead a variety of large-scale projects with key opportunities for career progression.

The role will allow the successful associate to undertake work across the spectrum of social housing, from acquisitions to asset management and development work. As well as receiving high-level training and development, the role will also allow the successful associate to manage their own files from inception to completion, developing relationships with sophisticated clients often rivalling FTSE 250 companies in size.

This role would be ideal for an associate with at least one year post qualification experience in Commercial Property from either a city or leading regional firm. Prior experience in Social Housing is desired but not a requirement for the role.
