Now, we're looking for a Residential Solicitor to join our New Malden office and help us continue delivering exceptional service. You'll work in a collaborative environment where integrity, flexibility, and client care come first. You'll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing clear, practical advice to clients. Using modern systems and working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll ensure every detail is managed with precision.

Your day-to-day will include :

• Managing sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages from instruction to completion
• Drafting and reviewing contracts, title reports, and related documentation
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, and lenders to keep transactions on track
• Maintaining accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor NQ+ in residential conveyancing
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple files and meet deadlines
• A proactive, client-focused approach
• Familiarity with case management systems (desirable)
