Job summary

A leading law firm is looking for an experienced Senior Solicitor / CILEX to join their Commercial Property team in a senior capacity. The successful candidate will engage with a varied caseload and also lead and develop a team. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating leases, providing advice to clients, and actively contributing to the growth of the department through business development. This role requires a minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial property law and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years PQE in commercial property law.
• Experience in managing and developing a team.
• Ability to conduct property due diligence.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and complete commercial leases and related documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Develop new contacts to grow the client base.
