A global aviation services provider is seeking a progressive legal professional in Laurencekirk, Scotland, to serve as a primary liaison and legal counsel. This role involves ensuring compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements while managing labor, contract negotiations, and disputes. Ideal candidates should possess a Law Degree, be a qualified solicitor, and have substantial legal experience. The position requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional global travel.
A progressive legal professional who serves as a primary liaison and legal counsel, working very closely with the Legal team responsible for the Business Units covering Bristow’s Global Operations outside North America (covering Europe, Africa, Australia and other international jurisdictions). This role involves collaborating with group with key commercial colleagues across the UK and Europe, to ensure stringent compliance with all legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include playing a vital, proactive role in managing labour and employment matters, disputes and/or litigation, corporate secretary/governance work, contract negotiations and limited global Fleet support. Certain responsibilities may extend to supporting the operations of the wider Bristow group.
