A leading technology company in the UK is seeking an experienced Head of Operations & Business Support. This role focuses on managing and improving after-sales operations for two key products. The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel distribution industry, technical knowledge in API integrations, and strong communication skills. Qualifications
- Experience in hotel distribution industry.
- Experience in running a support operation.
- Experience in managing teams across different cultures.
- Technical experience in API integrations connectivity.
- Chinese language skills highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage implementation support & PMO teams across different regions.
- Identify areas of operational & technical optimization and lead initiatives.
- Support the Managing Director in other business administration tasks.
- Some travel is required about 4 times a year.

You will look after all aspects of our after‑sales operation for both of our products Horizon Distributions online booking platform and IcePortal Content. You will be a tech savvy analytical person who likes to explore how to use technology to do things better & faster. You will be a good communicator. Professional & presentable you can meet and talk to our customers directly.
