A leading food production company in Harrogate is recruiting Packing Operatives for ongoing work at their busy production site. The role requires availability for a January start, including training during the first week of January. Successful candidates will benefit from competitive pay, starting at £12.21 per hour during training, rising to £16.45 once fully trained. Responsibilities include packing and labelling products and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards. Interviews and assessments are scheduled before January.
We are recruiting Packing Operatives for a busy food production site based in HU3, Hull. This is ongoing, regular work for the right candidates.
Applicants must be available for interview, assessment and induction before January, including availability during the festive period, to secure a January start.
Training: January (w.c 5th January)
Full duties commence: February
Training carried out on the full shift pattern
2 x 12-hour Days (6am–6pm)
1 day off
2 x 12-hour Nights (6pm–6am)
3 days off
£12.21 per hour during training
£16.45 per hour once trained
Overtime £20.56 per hour after 36 / 48 hours
3 x 20-minute paid breaks
Packing and labelling products
Quality checking
Working to food safety and hygiene standards
Factory experience preferred
Food production experience preferred
Ability to work day and night shifts
