Great opportunity for an experienced Mortgage Advisor at AVP level within a universal bank. The role focuses on developing and managing the success of specific financial products and services, providing in-depth product expertise, and bridging gaps between product development, marketing, sales and customer service. You will manage the full end-to-end mortgage process and contribute to policy development and a culture of service excellence.

• Develop and manage the success of specific mortgage-related products and services.
• Provide in-depth expertise on a particular product line and act as a liaison between product development, marketing, sales and customer service.
• Manage the full end-to-end mortgage process for a diverse client base.
• Contribute to policy development and promote a culture of service excellence.

• CeMAP or an industry-equivalent mortgage advice qualification.
• Good understanding of risk to credibly support challenging credit cases and complex client profiles.
• Ideally, in-depth understanding of the Jersey, Guernsey and Isle of Man property markets.
• Understanding of relevant lending principles.
