As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care while promoting their independence, dignity, and individuality. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Personalized Care : Assisting residents with daily routines, including personal hygiene, dressing, meals, and mobility, ensuring their preferences and dignity are respected.
• Fostering Emotional Well-Being : Building meaningful relationships, providing emotional support, and creating a welcoming and comforting atmosphere for residents and their families.
• Encouraging Engagement : Supporting residents in pursuing hobbies, social activities, and sensory engagement tailored to their interests and abilities.
• Maintaining High Standards : Ensuring cleanliness, safety, and a positive environment across the care home while adhering to regulatory and organizational standards.
• Team Collaboration : Working closely with colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery, promptly addressing any changes in residents' needs or concerns.

• Overtime is paid for working over full time hours. However, overtime enhancement will not feature on your contract of employment and can be withdrawn at any time as managers decision is final.Free meals are given if working over an 8 hour shift and are subject to terms and conditions.
