A leading provider of not-for-profit veterinary care in the UK is seeking an Animal Nursing Assistant. This position entails working 35 hours a week on a 5 on 5 off rota, during which you will learn essential skills for becoming a Veterinary Nurse. Required qualifications include at least 5 level 2 qualifications, including English and maths, and a passion for animal care. Your journey will start as an Animal Nursing Assistant (ANA) working 35hrs a week average on a 5 on 5 off rota. The shift times for this role would be between 08:30-19:00hrs. Here you will learn the important key skills required to be a Veterinary Nurse, whilst supporting the team to provide affordable veterinary care. This role will lead to an Apprentice RVN role after a 12 month period. This means you should hold the required qualifications to enrol onto the nursing course.
