A leading healthcare provider in Carshalton is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Assistant to deliver high-quality nursing care in a dynamic medical ward team. The successful candidate will work under the direction of Registered Nurses while demonstrating excellent communication skills. Candidates must have relevant experience in healthcare settings and a commitment to patient confidentiality. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week, and offers opportunities for career development and training.

Working under the direct supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse who delegates tasks to the post holder. The Healthcare Assistant (HCA) will deliver high quality nursing care to patients as part of a team. The post holder is responsible for their own practice, working within the defined limits of competence and within the scope of the role. The registered nurse retains accountability for the care delivered by the HCA.

We are looking for enthusiastic, dynamic, and caring Healthcare Assistants, who have a passion for working on a medical ward to join our supportive and friendly team. You will be able to demonstrate excellent communication and inter‑personal skills; it is preferred to have previous experience in the role.
