We’re seeking a Sister/Charge Nurse for our Triage team at Leaders In Oncology Care, a top-rated cancer treatment centre. Our team provides 24/7 nursing advice and care, playing a vital role in our holistic service, ensuring patients receive optimal treatment whenever needed.

As our Sister / Charge Nurse, you’ll lead a team of experienced SACT nurses, providing safe, holistic, and personalized patient care. You’ll identify potential emergencies, work within a multidisciplinary team to manage patients during treatment, and support team development and performance reviews.

You’ll have access to cutting-edge treatments, an on-site lab, and chemotherapy production, enabling you to deliver exceptional care in a modern setting.

You’ll enjoy greater autonomy in your daily work, with nurse-led clinical teams allowing more control over assessment and treatment decisions, complemented by opportunities for career development through external and funded courses, including master's qualifications.

Requirements:

• A current NMC Nurse registration
• Post-registration experience in haematology or oncology
• Experience with Systemic Anti-Cancer Treatment (SACT)
• Experience with UKONS Triage Tool
• Experience managing oncological emergencies
• Knowledge of systemic anti-cancer treatments and side effects
• Leadership and team management experience
