Band 6 Community Alcohol Nurse - 22.5 hours per week:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Nurse to join our Community Hospital Alcohol Team based on the Harplands Hospital Site on a part time basis, 22.5 hours per week.
We are seeking an empathic and dedicated individual with experience from a range of sectors to join us in our team.
Under the Management of the CHAT Team Manager the role will contribute to the provision of high quality substance misuse services which provides detoxification and recovery focused clinical treatment for the population of Stoke-on-Trent. To work within a strengths-based, recovery orientated, change and outcomes focused approach which promotes service users as responsible co-producers of health, well-being and recovery.
Working closely with nursing and medical teams in the Royal Stoke Hospital with a strong focus on the Accident and Emergency Departments relating to the patient group of alcohol related frequent flyers and the continued alcohol detoxification work with patients who have been admitted into the medical hospital wards.
