About the Nursery Nurse Position

We are looking for dedicated and nurturing Nursery Nurses to join our team and provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. Our nurseries are located across various sites in London, offering a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for children.

Responsibilities of a Nursery Nurse
  • Deliver a child-centered approach to learning, catering to individual developmental needs.
  • Plan and implement engaging and educational activities that promote creativity and social interaction.
  • Monitor and report on children's progress, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a clean, safe, and stimulating environment.
  • Support children’s social and emotional development, encouraging positive behaviour.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Level 3 Certification in Childcare or Early Years Education (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience within a nursery or early years setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with young children, families, and team members.
  • Organisational skills with the ability to plan activities and manage time effectively.
  • A warm and approachable personality, with a genuine love for working with children.
